About the Role: We are looking for an energetic and experienced Practice Manager 💼 to lead a healthcare team in delivering inclusive, high-quality, personalized care 💖. This role ensures a client-centered service model by creating an environment that promotes responsive service delivery ⚡.

Ideal Candidate: Experience in plastic surgery, cosmetic surgery, or med spa 🏥💉 and a background in sales or medical care 💰🩺.

Employment Type: 🕒 Full-Time / 🏢 On-Site

Key Responsibilities:

📋 Administrative Operations

  • Manage AAAHC Accreditation ✅, training policies, and reporting

  • Update employee procedure policies & handbook 📖

  • Notify Director of Operations of legal, compliance, and operational issues ⚖️

👥 Team Leadership

  • Cultivate an engaged workforce 🌱

  • Develop KPIs 📊 for monthly reports to executive/physician leadership

  • Collaborate with Sales Director to improve sales team workflows 💼

  • Work with Clinic Manager to enhance clinic workflows & patient experience 💖

📅 Scheduling & Coordination

  • Approve time off 🗓️ & manage staff conflicts ⚔️

  • Liaise with doctors 🩺, nurses 👩‍⚕️, MAs, and clerks 🧾

  • Optimize staffing schedules to maximize patient flow 🚀

🏥 Operational Oversight

  • Supervise daily practice operations in line with mission & vision 🌟

  • Ensure effective use of EHR/CRM systems 💻

  • Evaluate office policies & improve processes ⚙️

  • Maintain HIPAA & OSHA compliance 🔒

  • Handle patient concerns with professionalism 🧑‍⚕️💬

  • Oversee facility & vendor management 🏢🛠️

  • Maintain medical supplies & equipment inventory 📦

  • Manage accounts receivable & payable 💵

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations ⚖️

Required Qualifications:

  • 5–10 years supervisory experience in healthcare 🏥

  • Self-motivated, independent & team-oriented 💪🤝

  • Excellent communication skills 🗣️✍️

  • Proficient in MS Office & EHR databases 💻

  • Leadership: 5 years 👑

  • Sales experience: 5–10 years 💰

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree 🎓

  • 5–10 years in Medical Office Management 🏥
