**What You'll Actually Be Doing:**- **Nursing Ninja:** You'll plan, organize, develop, and direct the Nursing Department like a pro.-

** Make sure we're always playing by the rules – laws, regulations, and organization standards, oh my!-

** Create an environment that's so comfy, that even the germs will want to stay.-

**Mind Reader:

** Anticipate and respond to the needs of our residents, staff, and the facility like a psychic healer.-

**Healthcare Yoda:

** Guide clinical matters, provide oversight of training, and education, and make sure we're using effective clinical practices.
