Senior Attorney – Insurance Defense
A well-established regional law firm is seeking a Senior Insurance Defense Attorney to join their Dallas office. This role calls for a seasoned attorney whose experience and presence naturally inspires the team and give younger attorneys someone to learn from and look up to and someone who wants to be the cornerstone for our office. We have motivated, capable younger attorneys who are ready to grow, they need someone who has been there and knows the game.
The Opportunity
For the right attorney, there is a path to a managing role down the road. But first and foremost, we want someone who loves practicing law, is confident navigating complex litigation, and genuinely wants to try cases.

What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate has 5 or more years of experience in defense-side litigation handling complex matters. Trial experience is required. We want someone who understands the strategy, pacing, and realities of insurance defense litigation from the inside — not just in theory, but in practice.
Beyond the casework, we need someone who leads through preparation, professionalism, and work ethic — a team player who is not afraid of hard work, is willing to invest in the attorneys around them, and has aspirations to grow, whether that means trial leadership, a supervisory role, or helping to expand the practice.

Compensation & Culture
We offer a competitive six-figure salary commensurate with experience plus full benefits. Billing expectations are reasonable and realistic , we understands that attorneys have lives outside the office and respects family obligations. Bonus incentives are available for attorneys who exceed expectations, and most of the team takes advantage of that without any sacrifice to their work-life balance.
