BIM Manager
A growing and well-established construction firm is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead and oversee the company’s Building Information Modeling (BIM) and digital construction processes across multiple projects. This individual will play a key role in coordinating models, improving collaboration between project teams, and supporting the successful delivery of complex construction projects.
Develop and maintain BIM standards, workflows, and best practices for project teams.
Coordinate BIM models between architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Lead model coordination and clash detection using tools such as Autodesk Navisworks.
Support project teams with 3D modeling, constructability reviews, and digital coordination meetings.
Train and mentor project teams on BIM tools and workflows.
Manage and maintain project models using Autodesk Revit.
Assist with 4D scheduling, prefabrication coordination, and digital construction planning.
5+ years of experience working with BIM or VDC in construction, architecture, or engineering.
Experience coordinating multi-trade models (MEP, structural, architectural).
Strong understanding of commercial construction processes and project delivery.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
Experience with large commercial projects such as healthcare, education, multifamily, or data centers.
Familiarity with additional tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, or AutoCAD.
