Assistant Superintendent

A well-established commercial General Contractor in Atlanta is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support field operations on ground-up and renovation projects throughout the metro area.

This is an opportunity to join a stable, growth-oriented company with a strong pipeline of repeat clients and a leadership team that promotes from within. The role offers hands-on involvement in managing active commercial job sites while developing toward a full Superintendent position.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Lead Superintendent with daily jobsite operations

• Coordinate subcontractors and maintain workflow sequencing

• Monitor safety compliance and enforce jobsite standards

• Assist with schedule tracking and milestone management

• Conduct site walks to ensure quality control and adherence to plans/specs

• Manage deliveries, inspections, and site logistics

• Maintain daily reports and documentation

• Assist with punch list and project closeout

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of commercial construction experience with a General Contractor

• Experience on ground-up or major renovation projects

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Procore experience preferred
