We are seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead field crews and oversee daily concrete operations. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving production, maintaining morale, and delivering high-quality work safely and efficiently.
Lead and supervise crews of 5+ team members
Read and interpret blueprints and project plans
Schedule crews, equipment, and materials
Assign tasks to meet production, schedule, and quality goals
Work alongside crews placing and finishing concrete (floors and walls)
Track labor hours, equipment usage, and daily production
Operate concrete tools and equipment safely
Experience with Trimble or Leica total stations preferred (not required)
5+ years of experience as a Lead Finisher in commercial concrete
Valid driver’s license with a clean record
Ability to lift 50+ pounds
Strong leadership and communication skills
