Commercial / Industrial HVAC Project Manager
Location: Indianapolis, IN (Local Candidates Only – Within 40 Miles)

Established mechanical contractor seeking an experienced Commercial/Industrial HVAC Project Manager with 5–10 years of experience managing large-scale mechanical construction projects.

Projects include:

• Commercial buildings
• Manufacturing facilities
• Warehouses
• Cold storage facilities
• Large distribution centers
• Hospitality projects
• Additional large-scale industrial/commercial work

Ideal candidates will have experience managing projects valued at up to $10M and possess strong coordination, scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor management, and client-facing communication skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HVAC Project Management experience
• Background in commercial and/or industrial mechanical construction
• Experience managing projects up to $10M preferred
• Stable work history required
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, construction processes, and project financials
• Local to the Indianapolis market (within approximately 40 miles)
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, scheduling, forecasting, subcontractor coordination, and HVAC project financial management preferred
