Commercial Construction Project Manager

This is an opportunity to join a highly reputable commercial general contractor operating in the Tampa Bay area. Key Responsibilities

• Lead commercial projects—from preconstruction through close-out—across sectors including industrial, retail, medical, office, and institutional.
• Oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, design teams, and on-site superintendents.
• Drive quality, safety, and schedule compliance through daily oversight and proactive problem-solving.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, weekly reports, and ensure proper team coordination.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
• Proven track record with ground-up and renovation projects, ideally in multiple markets
• Excellent client-facing and leadership skills
• Hands-on understanding of construction methods, cost controls, and scheduling best practices
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Procore or MS Project
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
