Education Law Associate | Texas

A well-established education law firm is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with 1–3 years of experience to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in litigation, with experience handling matters in Texas state and federal courts preferred. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to build a long-term career with meaningful mentorship, hands-on experience, and a clear path toward partnership.

What You'll Do

  • Handle litigation matters from inception through resolution
  • Assist with pleadings, discovery, motions, hearings, depositions, and trial preparation
  • Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents
  • Represent and advise clients on a variety of education law and litigation matters
  • Work closely with experienced attorneys and take on increasing responsibility

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience practicing law
  • Litigation experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with Texas state and federal courts
  • Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple matters and work effectively in a collaborative environment
  • Texas Bar admission and good standing
