Intro:
We seek a Senior Project Manager to lead complex commercial/industrial projects and mentor a team of PMs and staff. This senior role has heavy client interaction and P&L accountability across multiple concurrent projects.
Responsibilities:
Provide leadership for multi-million dollar commercial/industrial projects.
Own project financials: budgets, forecasts, margin maintenance and final reconciliation.
Lead owner/architect/engineer relations and manage contract negotiations.
Oversee preconstruction estimating and constructability reviews.
Establish project execution strategy and ensure team alignment.
Resolve escalated site issues and ensure schedule adherence.
Drive continuous improvement, lessons learned and knowledge transfer.
Recruit and mentor project management staff.
Qualifications:
8+ years’ experience managing commercial/industrial projects (senior level).
Track record of successful P&L delivery and client retention.
Strong estimating and preconstruction experience.
Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
