A fast-growing, boutique full-service tax firm in the Hartford area is seeking a Tax Senior or experienced Reviewer to join their collaborative and forward-thinking team. This is an ideal opportunity for a tax pro who thrives in a generalist environment, enjoys reviewing complex returns, and wants to grow with a firm that’s scaling smart—with people at the center of it all.

Your Role:

  • Prepare and review a wide range of returns, including 1040s, 1041s, 1120, 1120S, 1065, and estate filings.

  • Work across industries: real estate, construction, family-owned businesses, and more.

  • Mentor staff, review complex work, and support client strategy conversations.

  • Contribute to a firm culture built on collaboration, quality, and work-life balance.


What You’ll Bring:

  • 3+ years of public accounting experience.

  • Bachelor’s in Accounting (required); CPA or EA license (preferred or in progress).

  • Hands-on experience with CCH Axcess or ProSystems (a plus!).

  • A generalist mindset with strong communication and organizational skills.


What You’ll Get:
