Well-established law practice is seeking a Litigation Attorney at the partner-track or senior associate level to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned litigator with strong trial experience who is looking to step into a leadership role and advance toward partnership.

Position Highlights:

  • Title: Litigation Attorney (Partner-Track or Senior Associate, 6+ years of experience)

  • Salary: $120,000–$160,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications

  • Billable Expectation: 1,650 hours annually

  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid schedule available; must be able to travel for in-person requirements (not a fully remote role)

  • Interviews: Initial interviews may be conducted virtually

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • A background as a senior associate or a partner-ready attorney seeking advancement

  • Strong complex litigation and trial skills with the ability to independently manage cases

  • Experience in tort and medical malpractice litigation

  • The ability to seamlessly transition into client-facing responsibilities and active caseload management
