A well-respected, business-centered law firm in Pennsylvania is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with 3–5 years of experience and a focus in Transportation Law. This position is ideal for a litigation professional ready to take on meaningful casework, manage files from start to finish, and join a collaborative team invested in long-term success.
This is a primarily in-office role with professional flexibility and strong administrative support.
This is a key role in a specialized litigation group that handles complex matters in transportation and commercial defense. The firm is seeking a candidate who thrives on precision, communication, and strong case management under the guidance of experienced partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage litigation files from inception to resolution
Prepare and attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials/arbitrations
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses with a focus on detail
Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis
Maintain clear and professional interaction with clients and opposing counsel
Contribute to business development and relationship management
Collaborate with fellow associates in a supportive and team-driven environment
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active Pennsylvania license
3–5 years of litigation experience, preferably with transportation or commercial defense focus
Strong academic and employment credentials
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Westlaw, and LexisNexis
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative
$110,000 – $130,000 base salary, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunity
1500 billable hour target
