We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support a fast-paced manufacturing operation by maintaining and repairing plant equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. This is a hands-on, multi-craft role working across mechanical systems, electrical components, and PLC-controlled equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair plant equipment to ensure reliable operation
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic/pneumatic, and PLC-controlled systems
- Perform and document preventative maintenance to reduce downtime
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings
- Install and repair electrical systems (110V, 220V, 440V and low voltage controls)
- Support equipment changeovers, line startups, and production needs
- Order and replace parts as needed
- Work with motors, relays, sensors, drives, timers, and control systems
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow all safety, GMP, and food safety standards
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical and electrical systems
- Experience working with PLC-controlled equipment
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical drawings
- Experience with processing or packaging equipment preferred
- Welding, fabrication, or refrigeration experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
Work Environment & Requirements:
- Ability to support a 24/7 operation, including weekends or off-shifts as needed
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and work in tight spaces
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 75 lbs occasionally
- Exposure to a manufacturing environment with moving equipment and moderate to high noise
