Architectural Designer/Architect– Residential Design Studio

A creative, fast-growing residential design studio is hiring an Architectural Designer/Architect to support custom home and renovation projects throughout Northern Colorado. This is a full-time, in-studio role perfect for a thoughtful designer who wants to see their ideas built.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in producing schematic designs, design development, and construction documents
Create 3D models, renderings, and presentation materials
Work closely with the architecture and interior design teams on spatial planning and detailing
Participate in site visits, measurements, and construction administration as needed
Engage with consultants, contractors, and permit officials
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
B.Arch or related degree in architecture or design
2–5 years of experience in residential architecture or design
Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite; Lumion a plus
Passion for craftsmanship, detailing, and the homebuilding process
Positive, collaborative energy and a keen design eye
