Location: Memphis, TN (Onsite)
Compensation: $60,000+ (commensurate with experience)

Position Overview
Seeking a full-time Litigation Paralegal to support our attorneys with a wide range of tasks, from litigation support to office management. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a dynamic legal setting.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general paralegal duties and litigation support
Manage office operations and oversee building-related needs
Interact with vendors, corporate clients, and manage billing matters
Conduct background research on defendants and claimants
Obtain and organize account statements
Utilize Excel for data tracking and reporting
What We’re Looking For
Civil litigation experience and strong familiarity with law firm operations
Experience with business disputes is a plus
Financial literacy – must understand basic financial concepts (e.g., bond vs. mutual bond)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
