Lead the design and management of structural projects including new construction, renovations, and additions.
Develop structural plans, drawings, and specifications aligned with applicable codes and standards.
Collaborate closely with clients, architects, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
Conduct site visits and provide technical support during construction.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a strong, collaborative team culture.
Stay up to date with industry standards, innovations, and regulatory changes.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
PE license required.
7–15 years of relevant structural engineering experience.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and structural design software.
In-depth knowledge of local and national building codes.
