We are a well-established manufacturer of BPA-free kitchenware (cups, bowls, tumblers, etc.) and we are expanding! We looking for a Blow Molding Technician to join our growing team. Responsibilities

· Operate and monitor blow molding machinery to ensure efficient production of plastic components.

· Utilize precision measuring instruments to verify product dimensions and specifications.

· Conduct quality inspections throughout the production process to maintain product integrity.

· Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with machinery or production processes promptly.

· Implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

· Fabricate components as needed, ensuring adherence to design specifications.

· Handle materials safely and efficiently, ensuring proper storage and usage of raw materials.

· Assemble finished products according to established guidelines and quality standards.

· Maintain accurate records of production data, machine maintenance, and quality inspections.

Requirements

· Proven experience in plastics blow molding or a related field is preferred.

· Familiarity with plastics extrusion processes is a plus.

· Proficient in using precision measuring instruments for quality control purposes.

· Knowledge of logic controllers and their application in manufacturing settings is advantageous.

· Strong understanding of materials handling techniques and safety protocols.

· Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also demonstrating independent problem-solving skills.

· Excellent attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality products consistently.

· Willingness to adhere to all safety regulations and company policies at all times.
