New Home Sales Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic New Home Sales Agent! The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective homebuyers through the sales process, from initial contact to closing. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for real estate, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

New Home Sales Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage potential homebuyers, providing information about our homes and communities.
  • Conduct tours of model homes and explain features, pricing, and benefits.
  • Assist clients in selecting and customizing their new home to meet their needs and preferences.
  • Provide detailed and accurate information about the home buying process, including financing options.
  • Prepare and present sales contracts, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospective buyers.
  • Collaborate with the construction and design teams to ensure client satisfaction.

New Home Sales Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in new home sales with a Residential Home Builder.
  • Strong understanding of the home buying process and residential construction.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
