We’re seeking a Maintenance Manager with experience in milling or feed manufacturing to lead all maintenance and reliability activities within a high-performing production facility. This role is responsible for overseeing equipment maintenance, preventive programs, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and schedule maintenance activities for all plant and mill equipment
Lead, train, and supervise maintenance technicians and support staff
Implement and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime
Maintain spare parts inventory and manage maintenance budgets
Collaborate with production and operations teams to improve equipment performance and reliability
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards
Qualifications:
3+ years of maintenance leadership experience, preferably in a feed mill, grain processing, or manufacturing environment
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Proven ability to lead a maintenance team and manage multiple priorities
Familiarity with PLCs, conveyors, and production automation is a plus
Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and continuous improvement
Compensation & Benefits:
$65,000 – $85,000 salary DOE
Full benefits package including health, dental, retirement, and paid time off
