What You’ll Be Doing
Managing insurance defense litigation matters from inception through resolution
Taking and defending depositions
Drafting motions, pleadings, and discovery
Participating in court appearances, mediations, and hearings
Communicating with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel
Assisting with case strategy and trial preparation
What They’re Looking For
3+ years of insurance defense litigation experience
Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
Experience with depositions, discovery, and motion practice
Connecticut bar admission required
Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
