Key Responsibilities
Represent clients in criminal defense matters at all stages, from arraignment through trial and post-conviction.
Conduct legal research, draft motions, and prepare case strategies.
Appear in court regularly and advocate vigorously on behalf of clients.
Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
Manage a diverse caseload while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.
Work collaboratively with senior attorneys and support staff.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active license with the Nevada State Bar (or ability to become licensed).
Prior criminal defense experience preferred, but strong litigators will also be considered.
Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Strong ethical standards and commitment to client-centered representation.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a legal team.
