Accounting Manager

gpac is working with a stable and growing organization seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee financial reporting, lead an accounting team, and support operational leadership with accurate financial insight.

This is a high-impact role where the right person will have visibility with leadership while helping strengthen accounting processes and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor accounting team members

• Prepare and review financial statements and journal entries

• Manage account reconciliations and general ledger accuracy

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close

• Coordinate documentation and reporting for external audits

• Partner with operations on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

• Deliver routine financial reporting and ad-hoc analysis

• Improve accounting processes and system efficiencies

• Maintain internal controls and standardized accounting procedures

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance

Experience

• 5+ years of accounting experience

• 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role

Skills

• Strong knowledge of GAAP

• Excellent attention to detail and organization

• Strong Excel and financial reporting skills

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities

• Strong communication and leadership abilities

Compensation

$80,000 – $100,000
