We are partnering with a rapidly growing company in the meat processing industry that is looking to add a Maintenance Supervisor to their team. Due to significant growth over the past few years, this is an excellent opportunity to join a stable and expanding organization.
Position Overview
The Maintenance Supervisor will lead and support maintenance operations to ensure equipment reliability, efficiency, and safety. This role requires flexibility, as the schedule operates on a swing shift, covering both day and night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and lead a maintenance team in a manufacturing environment
Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime
Ensure compliance with safety and food manufacturing standards
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance department
Qualifications
Previous maintenance lead, supervisor, or team lead experience
Background in food manufacturing is preferred, but general manufacturing experience will also be considered
Strong mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting skills
Ability and willingness to work both day and night shifts
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary range of $75k–$90k
