Position Responsibilities:
- Tweak programs to optimize production processes
- Provide quotes for new projects and adjustments
- Implement GD&T standards for quality control
- Hands-on floor support for injection molding operations
- Conduct maintenance on injection molding machines
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency
Position Essential Job Functions:
- Experience in injection molding operations
- Proficiency in quoting and GD&T
- Hands-on experience with injection molding machine maintenance
- Ability to support floor operations and troubleshoot issues
- Background as a Process Engineer or Process Technician
Position Skills:
- Strong knowledge of injection molding processes
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Team player with effective communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
