Personal Lines Account Executive 

A leading independent insurance brokerage in North-Central Jersey, specialized in retail and captive insurance solutions is expanding their personal lines practice and seeking an experienced Account Executive to take the lead in managing the small department. The Personal Lines Account Executive partners closely with middle to High-Net-Worth clients to deliver attentive service that fosters confidence and peace of mind.   

Responsibilities: 

• Manage personal lines book, servicing the personal insurance needs of clients
• Advising clients on coverages and risk reduction strategies
• Drive growth by cross-selling & coverage reviews 
• Remarket/bind policies for competitive pricing 
• Collaborate closely with insurance carrier partners to ensure seamless coordination and mutual success. 
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent and responsive communication. 

Qualifications: 

• Minimum of 5 + years managing a Personal Lines book
• Active P&C License 
• Proficiency with AMS360  
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and supports the success of others
• Problem Solver: Quick-thinking, solution-oriented, and client-focused
