Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Formulations Specialist to join our team and support the development and optimization of dairy-based ingredient formulations. This role will work closely with R&D, quality, and production teams to develop innovative ingredient solutions, improve product performance, and support customer applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize formulations using dairy-based ingredients

• Conduct bench-top trials, testing, and product evaluations

• Collaborate with R&D and production teams to scale formulations from lab to manufacturing

• Document formulations, processes, and test results accurately

• Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement of existing products

• Ensure formulations meet quality, regulatory, and customer requirements

• Assist with technical support and application testing when needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Animal Nutrition, Dairy Science, or related field

• 1–3+ years of experience in the dairy ingredient or nutrition formulation preferred

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience with lab testing, product trials, and documentation

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
