Are you a proven leader in concrete construction, ready to take charge of large-scale, high-profile projects? well established company—recognized as one of the top concrete firms in the country—is seeking an experienced General Superintendent to oversee field operations and drive excellence across their projects.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and manage all field personnel, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Oversee daily site operations, scheduling, and workforce coordination.
Collaborate with Project Managers, Foremen, and subcontractors to meet project goals.
Enforce safety protocols and champion a culture of safety across all job sites.
Provide mentorship and training to field staff, developing future leaders.
Monitor productivity, quality, and cost performance, with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
15+ years of concrete construction experience with at least 8 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of concrete techniques, equipment, and industry best practices with large commercial buildings.
Proven ability to manage large crews and multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
A results-driven mindset with an unwavering commitment to safety and quality.
