Healthcare Regulatory & Transactional Associate Attorney - San Diego, Los Angeles, or Orange County

A well-established national law firm is seeking to add an experienced Healthcare Regulatory & Transactional Associate to its growing California team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with sophisticated healthcare clients on complex regulatory and transactional matters while being part of a collaborative, high-performing practice group. While the preferred location is San Diego, candidates based in Los Angeles or Orange County will also be considered.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5+ years of experience in healthcare regulatory and transactional matters
• Strong understanding of healthcare laws and regulatory frameworks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong legal research abilities, and a solid work ethic
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a positive and proactive approach
• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active California Bar license in good standing
