Associate Attorney – Business Litigation / General Liability – Los Angeles, CA

A respected litigation firm is seeking a Business Litigation / General Liability Associate to join its Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience handling civil litigation matters and be comfortable managing cases in a fast-paced environment.This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse range of business and general liability matters while growing within a collaborative and supportive team.

Responsibilities:

• Handle business litigation and general liability matters from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Conduct depositions and court appearances
• Assist with trial preparation and strategy
• Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel
• Manage caseloads and meet deadlines

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of civil litigation experience
• Experience in business litigation and/or general liability preferred
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently
• Active California Bar license in good standing
