Job Description

A community bank in Coralville is hiring a Credit Analyst to support its lending team across Johnson County and eastern Iowa. You'll partner closely with loan officers, and the role offers a clear path toward lending or credit leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Spread and analyze financial statements on new requests and renewals
• Assign risk ratings to commercial and ag credits and keep them current
• Draft clear credit write-ups for loan officers and committee
• Assist with month-end reporting and regulatory requests
• Track covenants, exceptions, and loan policy compliance
• Help newer staff learn credit processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• A year or more of commercial or ag credit analysis preferred
• Skilled with Excel and financial spreading tools
• Detail-minded with sound analytical judgment
• Interested in growing into a lending or credit role
