We are a dynamic legal services firm specializing in workers’ compensation cases, committed to providing exceptional support to our clients and attorneys. We are seeking a detail-oriented, motivated Workers’ Compensation Paralegal to join our growing team in Tennessee.

Position Overview:

The Workers’ Compensation Paralegal will support attorneys in all aspects of workers’ compensation cases, including case management, document preparation, and client communication. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and has strong knowledge of workers’ compensation procedures and regulations in Tennessee.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and file workers’ compensation pleadings, discovery, and related documents.

  • Manage case files and maintain accurate, up-to-date records.

  • Coordinate with clients, medical providers, and insurance representatives.

  • Track deadlines, hearings, and legal filings to ensure compliance with state regulations.

  • Assist attorneys with trial preparation and administrative tasks.

  • Draft correspondence and maintain communication with clients regarding case updates.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a paralegal, preferably in workers’ compensation law.

  • Knowledge of Tennessee workers’ compensation statutes, procedures, and court systems.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

  • Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to handle multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectively.
