Job Description

A longstanding restoration company in the Richmond area is seeking a self sufficient and detail oriented Project Manager. The company is family-focused is looking for committed individuals join their team. They are interested in highly motivated and proactive individuals to fill their open role of Project Manager with experience in commercial/residential restoration.

Candidate will have:
Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond to help clients and team members
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of workers, contractors, and subcontractors
Clear and effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills with clients, team members, vendors and stakeholders
Proven understanding of project management principles of preparation, execution and closure of plans, timelines and budgets
Strong organization and documentation skills to maintain accurate records of progress, costs, and communications
Familiarity with construction standards and processes pertaining to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural repairs

Project Manager Requirements:

• Experience: minimum 3-5 years of experience in Project Management or Estimating
• Xactimate, DASH, MICA experience preferred
• IICRC qualifications strongly encouraged - Fire, Water, Mold
• Commercial/Residential construction experience
• Background in reconstruction/mitigation
• Highly motivated and proactive 
• Ability to demonstrate creative problem-solving skills
• Willing to travel
