Construction Controller – Residential Home Builder
A growing and well-established residential home builder is seeking an experienced Construction Controller to oversee financial operations and support strategic growth. This role will work closely with company leadership, banking partners, and the construction team to ensure strong financial management across land acquisition, project forecasting, and overall company performance.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the company’s financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
Develop and manage financial models and proformas for land acquisition and new developments
Work closely with banks and lending partners on financing, reporting, and draw processes
Monitor project financial performance, including cost tracking and forecasting
Collaborate with leadership to support strategic planning and growth initiatives
Ensure accurate accounting practices, financial controls, and compliance
Qualifications
5+ years of accounting or finance experience within construction, real estate development, or homebuilding
Strong experience with financial forecasting and proforma development
Experience working with banks, lenders, and construction financing
Understanding of land acquisition and residential development financials
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA or similar credential is a plus
