QA Regulatory Compliance Manager

We are seeking a QA Regulatory Compliance Manager to lead all Quality Assurance and regulatory compliance functions. This role oversees the Feed Safety & Quality Plan, Occupational Safety Plan, and Fleet Safety Plan, leads audits, and ensures full compliance with FDA and OSHA regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update Feed Safety, Occupational Safety, and Fleet Safety Plans

• Lead FDA, NYS, supplier, and internal audits

• Manage corrective actions and compliance reporting

• Conduct facility inspections and Job Hazard Analyses

• Oversee QA Lab and Drug Room operations

• Develop and deliver employee training programs

• Complete OSHA 300 reporting

• Manage pest control and fire extinguisher programs

Qualifications

• QA/regulatory compliance experience in feed or manufacturing

• Strong knowledge of FDA and OSHA regulations

• Audit leadership experience

• Experience developing training programs

• Strong organizational and leadership skills

This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the General Manager.
