Job Description

An award-winning regional firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorney for lateral placement. The ideal candidate should have substantial experience with real estate financing, investment, leasing, and capital raising. A background in commercial and residential real estate transactions and development is strongly desired.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience with commercial transactions in Washington state
• Commercial property representation for a variety of uses
• Acquisition, disposition, financing
• Environmental regulations, zoning, and permitting requirements
• Representing landlords and tenants in leasing opportunities
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
