Job Description

Labor & Employment defense attorneys needed in Iowa:

• 5+ years of practicing labor & employment law in Iowa
• Experience with PAGA, wage & hour, discrimination, harassment, employer counseling, wrongful termination, and class actions
• Licensed to practice law in California
• ABA-accredited law school preferred but not necessary
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
