A prominent international litigation law firm with offices across the U.S. and abroad is seeking a Senior Associate Attorney to join its Dallas team. The firm is nationally recognized for its work in insurance, antitrust, and complex litigation and is known for its collaborative culture, commitment to diversity, and focus on career growth and shared success.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on challenging first-party property insurance coverage and bad faith litigation, alongside a team of high-performing legal professionals.

🔍 What You’ll Do:

  • Manage complex first-party property insurance litigation and coverage disputes

  • Analyze claims and draft coverage opinion letters

  • Prepare pleadings and discovery

  • Attend hearings, depositions, and trials

  • Collaborate with experienced litigators and contribute to strategic case planning

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant litigation experience

  • Strong background in property insurance coverage and bad faith litigation

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Critical thinking, a proactive mindset, and strong attention to detail

  • Texas Bar membership (required)
