Job Description

Outside Sales Representative We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Outside Sales Representative to help grow our business by promoting and selling our equipment and solutions. The Outside Sales Representative will build strong customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers • Conduct on-site visits, presentations, and product demos • Identify sales opportunities and manage a sales pipeline • Collaborate with engineering and service teams to meet customer needs • Travel up to 50% within your assigned territory • Attend trade shows and industry events as needed

Qualifications: • 3+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial products • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Self-starter with strong time management abilities • Technical background or aptitude is a plus • Proficient in CRM and Microsoft Office
