Job Title: Commercial Lines Producer
Job Overview:
We are seeking an ambitious and driven Commercial Lines Producer to join our team. This role is focused on building strong client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and delivering customized insurance solutions to commercial clients. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with proven sales skills and a strong understanding of commercial insurance products.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect, develop, and maintain a book of commercial insurance business.
Identify client needs and provide tailored risk management and insurance solutions.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through excellent service and trust.
Negotiate terms with carriers and prepare proposals for clients.
Partner with account managers and support staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements.
Achieve sales goals and contribute to overall agency growth.
Qualifications:
Property & Casualty license required (or ability to obtain).
Previous sales or insurance experience, preferably in commercial lines.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proven track record of success.
Ability to build and maintain strong professional networks.
