An established civil engineering and land development firm is hiring a Land Development Project Manager / PE in Durham.

What you'll do:

• Lead residential and commercial land development projects from due diligence through construction
• Oversee stormwater management, grading and utility design and review
• Manage budgets, schedules, clients and a team of engineers and designers

What you bring:

• 7+ years of land development experience with strong stormwater design
• PE license preferred; experienced EITs with land development background also considered
• AutoCAD Civil 3D

What's offered:

• $110K-$155K base salary, depending on experience
