✅ What You Bring:
✔️ Active West Virgina Bar license (Pittsburgh Bar admission is a plus!)
✔️ 2–4 years of experience examining titles, drafting title opinions, and performing curative work
✔️ Previous work in energy and natural resources law preferred
✔️ Eagerness to take on more responsibility, including drafting and editing contracts, leases, and deeds
✔️ Strong research, writing, speaking, and analytical skills
✔️ A team mindset, drive to learn, and absolute professionalism
