  • Examine title and draft title opinions
  • Perform curative work
  • Draft and edit deeds, leases, assignments, and real estate-related agreements
  • Contribute directly to a wide range of impactful legal projects

βœ… What You Bring:

βœ”οΈ Active West Virgina Bar license (Pittsburgh Bar admission is a plus!)
βœ”οΈ 2–4 years of experience examining titles, drafting title opinions, and performing curative work
βœ”οΈ Previous work in energy and natural resources law preferred
βœ”οΈ Eagerness to take on more responsibility, including drafting and editing contracts, leases, and deeds
βœ”οΈ Strong research, writing, speaking, and analytical skills
βœ”οΈ A team mindset, drive to learn, and absolute professionalism
