Are you a self-starter who thrives on building strong customer relationships and driving sales? We're partnering with an established, innovative animal health company seeking a Key Account Manager to cover South Dakota, North Dakota, and Nebraska.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys owning their territory, developing long-term partnerships, and making a direct impact without the need for constant oversight. If you're motivated, relationship-driven, and passionate about the livestock industry, we'd love to connect.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and grow relationships with key customers across your assigned territory.
  • Drive sales of animal health products to beef and dairy producers through established distribution channels.
  • Partner with distributors to identify opportunities, expand market share, and support customer success.
  • Manage your territory independently, prioritizing customer needs and business objectives.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and customer challenges to deliver value-driven solutions.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven success in outside sales, account management, or business development.
  • Experience in animal health, livestock, agriculture, or a related industry is strongly preferred.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • A self-motivated professional who can manage their own schedule and territory without micromanagement.
  • Ability to travel throughout South Dakota, North Dakota, and Nebraska.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $80,000–$100,000 (based on experience)
  • Commission: Uncapped earning potential
