Senior Estimator Responsibilities:
• Lead preparation of detailed cost estimates for labor and material
• Oversee conceptual estimating and value engineering
• Present budgets, proposals, and bid strategies
• Manage multiple high-value commercial estimates
• Mentor junior estimators and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Senior Estimator Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience estimating commercial construction projects
• B.S. in Construction Management or related field strongly preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage complex data and deliver accurate results under deadlines
