**Senior Tax Manager / Tax Manager — Orlando, FL**
Pay: $125,000 – $170,000 per year
Ready to be the tax advisor clients call first, all year long? A respected, growing CPA and advisory firm is adding a Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager, depending on experience, in downtown Orlando. You'll own a book of business and individual clients, steer planning that actually moves the needle, and build the next generation of tax talent.
What you'll do:
- Manage and review corporate, partnership, S corporation, and individual returns
- Deliver proactive tax planning and consulting, not just compliance
- Be a year-round advisor and build lasting client relationships
- Research complex tax issues and turn them into practical answers
- Spot opportunities to improve client tax positions and expand services
- Lead, coach, and mentor associates
- Partner with leadership on practice development and client growth
What you bring:
- 6+ years of tax experience in public accounting or industry
- Active CPA license required; MST a plus
- Experience reviewing complex business and individual returns
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- A team-first mindset and a genuine passion for coaching others
