Orchard Assistant in Lebanon

Job Description

Gpac has partnered with a progressive Hazelnut grower in the Willamette Valley in finding an Orchard Assistant.  This is a family-owned operation known for its integrity, ethics, and stewardship.  It is a Full Time year round position with benefits.

Orchard Assistant Responsibilities:

• Operate and Maintain Sprayer Equipment and small hand tools
• Ability to calculate spray ratios and maintain application records
• Assist with pruning of trees and other farm duties as needed
• Ability to work flexible hours based on wind and season

Orchard Assistant Requirements:

• Minimum 1 yr Applicator experience with Large scale farm preferred
• Possession of or able to obtain Oregon Pesticide Applicators License and Class A CDL
