About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our cabinetry and countertop business. This role is responsible for driving revenue, developing a high-performing sales team, and strengthening relationships with builders, contractors, designers, and developers. The ideal candidate brings strong building materials experience with a hands-on understanding of cabinetry and/or countertop sales.
This is a leadership role for someone who knows how to sell, coach, and scale.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue goals
Drive sales growth across cabinetry and countertop product lines
Establish and maintain strong relationships with builders, remodelers, contractors, designers, and commercial accounts
Work closely with operations, design, and production teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction
Develop and execute sales strategies, pricing structures, and market growth initiatives
Track performance metrics, forecasts, and pipelines to ensure consistent growth
Participate in key customer meetings, presentations, and contract negotiations
Identify new market opportunities and expand existing accounts
Preferred Experience & Qualifications
5+ years of sales experience in building materials, with a strong preference for cabinetry and/or countertops
Previous sales leadership or management experience strongly preferred
Established relationships within the residential and/or commercial construction market
Strong understanding of the sales cycle in building materials—from bid to close
Ability to coach, motivate, and hold a sales team accountable
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
