🔍 About the Role We're a well-established plaintiff personal injury firm seeking a Remote Associate Attorney to join our team. You'll work on high-profile cases, collaborate with experienced litigators, and have the opportunity to make a real impact—all from the comfort of your home.
💼 Position: Associate Attorney – Plaintiff Personal Injury 📍 Location: Fully Remote (California residents only) 💰 Salary: $150K–$165K base + performance bonuses ✈️ Travel: Minimal – occasional travel to Los Angeles (1–2x/year, paid by company)
✅ Requirements:
2–3 years of plaintiff personal injury experience
Strong discovery and deposition skills
Excellent legal writing abilities (writing samples required)
Comfortable handling high-profile cases
California Bar license required
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
