Litigation Associate Attorney (Junior to Senior Levels) - Pasadena, CA

A prominent law firm is seeking litigation associate attorneys in Pasadena. Junior-level attorneys (1+ year of experience) will work on-site, while attorneys with 4-8 years of experience can work remotely with occasional travel to Los Angeles. Senior attorneys can work remotely from anywhere in California. Seeking experience in particularly in construction law, business law, and employment law. 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle litigation matters from inception to conclusion
  • Conduct legal research and analysis
  • Draft legal documents such as motions, pleadings, and briefs
  • Attend court hearings and trials as necessary
  • Assist in client meetings and consultations
  • Manage caseloads and ensure deadlines are met
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex legal matters

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of litigation experience for junior-level positions
  • 4-8 years of litigation experience for remote positions with occasional travel
  • Senior attorneys with significant experience and no book required
  • Strong written and oral advocacy skills
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • Admission to the CA Bar is mandatory
  • Experience in civil litigation, particularly in construction law, business litigation, and employment law, highly desired
  • Interpersonal skills and a commitment to excellence

Compensation:

  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • Offers seen from $150K for 2-year experience to $225K for senior attorneys with no book
