Job Description

We are looking to identify a mid-to-senior level General Litigation Attorney to join our client’s established practice in Philadelphia.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced litigator seeking to work on complex matters while collaborating with a strong team of attorneys. The firm is also open to attorneys who may bring a portable book of business and are looking for a platform to grow their practice.

Position: General Litigation Attorney (5+ Years)

About the Role

The attorney will handle a variety of litigation matters from inception through resolution, including motion practice, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation. This role offers meaningful responsibility and the opportunity to develop client relationships while working closely with experienced partners.

Attorneys with existing client relationships or portable business will have the opportunity to expand and further develop their practice within a supportive firm environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters from case inception through resolution
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and legal briefs
• Conduct discovery, depositions, and case strategy development
• Represent clients in mediations, hearings, and trial preparation
• Maintain strong client communication and case management
• Collaborate with partners and litigation teams on complex matters

Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation experience
• Strong experience with motion practice, discovery, and case strategy
• Excellent writing, research, and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters independently
• Portable book of business is welcomed but not required
• Licensed in Pennsylvania and in good standing
